⭐minus 1/5 I received the dress and genuinely laughed when I opened it. I could have done a better job myself with a sewing machine. The dress looked nothing like the photos. The fabric was a completely different colour, the length was wrong, and the material was unbelievably cheap and poor quality. The so-called bodice had absolutely no structure or support, the cups were useless, there was no flare whatsoever in the skirt, and the sizing was completely off. It took a long time to arrive, and to make the experience even worse, I then had to pay $40 to return it to China — so I've lost even more money simply trying to return a product that looked nothing like what was advertised. I decided to give online boutique shopping one more chance, and this experience has reminded me exactly why I've stopped trusting stores like this. Websites can make these businesses look like beautiful independent boutiques, but then you receive something that looks cheaply made and bears little resemblance to what you thought you were purchasing. A complete waste of my money and my time. Do not buy .

First-Time Buyer, Last-Time Buyer
**DON'T BUY FROM HERE. Their return policy is incredibly misleading.** I recently purchased a dress from Almond Muse as a first-time customer. Like many online retailers, they offered me a first-time customer discount code for signing up for their newsletter (I believe it was 15%). The dress itself was **FULL PRICE** on their website; not marked sale, clearance, final sale, or non-refundable. I used the welcome code they provided and still paid $120 for the dress. When it arrived, the dress was lovely, but the neckline looked very different from what was shown online, so I requested a return. I was only given the option of store credit or an exchange. When I asked why I couldn't receive a refund to my original payment method, I was told: *"Items marked as sale at the time of purchase are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable to the original payment method."* Except **the dress was never marked as a sale item.** The only reason I paid less than the listed price was because I used the first-time customer discount code **they gave me and encouraged me to use**. Had the dress actually been marked SALE, CLEARANCE, or FINAL SALE, I would have understood that different return terms might apply. But nowhere in the return policy I reviewed did it clearly state that **using a promotional/welcome discount code on an otherwise full-price item would cause the item to be treated as a sale item and make it ineligible for a refund.** I went back and forth with customer service repeatedly trying to explain this distinction. It wasn't until I pointed out that their published return policy did not appear to disclose this restriction and said I was prepared to pursue the matter further that I was finally able to get the issue addressed. Even then, I am required to pay the return shipping costs myself. This was my first purchase from Almond Muse, and unfortunately it will also be my last. **If you're considering ordering, be extremely careful about using any discount code unless you first confirm in writing that doing so won't eliminate your ability to receive a refund.**

SCAM COMPANY – Extremely disappointing experience
I initially had a very positive experience with this company. They responded quickly and helped me arrange the fastest shipping because I was going on holiday. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely once the dresses arrived. The fit was not right, and the quality of the fabric was very disappointing, especially considering the prices. I therefore contacted the company to request a return. They offered me store credit or a partial refund, but I clearly declined both and explained that I did not want to purchase from them again. After this, they sent me return instructions, which I followed exactly. I was never informed that sale items could not be returned. They had my order number and all the relevant information, so they knew which items I had purchased and could have told me befor I shipped the items back. After I had already returned the dresses and paid customs duties and shipping costs, they suddenly told me that a refund was not possible and issued store credit instead. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that they told me the returned goods had arrived at their warehouse. However, the tracking information clearly shows that the shipment is still stuck at customs in Slovakia. According to the courier, their warehouse has not responded, which means the shipment cannot be completed. I have contacted the company and explained the situation, including the additional costs I am now facing. Unfortunately, they have not cooperated or offered a fair solution. I simply do not understand why they allowed me to return the items and provided return instructions if they were never going to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The dresses were expensive, but the quality is really bad. Don't order at this website.

Complètement déçu par cette marque
Complètement déçu par cette marque, et surtout pour le côté satisfait ou remboursé! Qui bien sûr, n’est pas du tout le cas. La forme de robe n’allait pas du tout, j’ai pris la décision de la renvoyer à mes frais c’est-à-dire 20 € Et ils m’ont répondu qu’en échange après réception de la robe, dans leurs usines, il me faisait un avoir. Je leur dis que je refuse l’avoir, et que je souhaite un remboursement car aucune des robes ne me conviennent. Ils me répondent que c’est comme ça qu’il n’y a pas d’autres choix, vu qu’il y avait une promo sur la robe, ce qui est faux la promo était avec un code sur tout le site donc ils ne peuvent rembourser mais seulement donner un avoir. Qui plus est n’est pas au même prix ! Robe 99,95€ + shipping protection 3,95€ Mais avec leur « promo » -10% et shipping finalement offert j’en ai eu pour 93,51€ Et l’avoir en question … 80,90€ Je leur explique que rien ne me plaît dans leur site et que je souhaite vraiment me refaire rembourser. Il me répondent impossible… en gros c’est comme ça et pas autrement! J’ai perdu plus de 100 € avec cette robe et les frais de renvoi je suis dégoûtée !!! Je n’ai plus qu’à en reprendre une avec l’avoir donc à mes frais et la revendre sur Vinted à perte 🤬🤬🤬 je déconseille donc fortement ce site!!!

The material is so cheap, the dresses don't look the same as on the photos. Very very bad. There is also no refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I ordered the sparkle glitter dresses and they are NOT like any of the photos. I wrote to them and stated that I wanted a refund because the quality was not what I was looking for. The only option they gave me was to ship it back and only then would be able to receive store credit because they were on sale! SO disappointed and had to look for other dresses for my trip. The quality is so bad and nothing like they advertised. They stole those photos. Those are not their dresses or models. They should be ashamed! I hope it helps future shoppers to look elsewhere!!!!

Decepcionante
En junio escribí aquí mismo una reseña explicando que, aunque en la página web cuando compré el vestido decía que se podía devolver con reintegro del dinero, no me quisieron devolver el dinero. En la página web dicen algo pero después hacen otra cosa. Ayer me escribieron para decirme que "excepcionalmente" me devuelven el dinero si primero elimino mi reseña. Qué triste que para Almond Muse ser honesto y cumplir con los términos de devolución indicados en la web se realice "excepcionalmente". No los recomiendo si no quieres dolores de cabeza.
