The dresses are really nice and shipping was easy! One of the dresses was too big and i wanted to exchange it to a smaller size. Turns out an exception was made for me to be able to return it as the item was on sale (the site is perpetually on sale) and I had to pay for the return cost myself. I find it a bit funny that easy and fast returns are advertised but then you need to pay for them.. anyway, dresses and customer support are great, just the process could be more transparently explained

Dear Alina, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you loved the dresses and that the shipping process was smooth. That is precisely the level of service we aim to provide. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding returns. As we are currently in the midst of our summer sale, the majority of our collection is available at exclusive, time-limited prices. Like many fashion houses, items purchased on sale follow a different return policy due to their seasonal nature. That said, we were happy to make an exception in your case to ensure you could exchange your piece. Regarding the return shipping cost, we understand how this may feel unexpected. As an independent brand, we strive to keep our pricing fair and our operations sustainable. We are especially pleased to know that our customer care team supported you throughout and we hope this leaves you with full confidence in shopping with us again in the future. Thank you once again for choosing Almond Muse. Warm regards, Almond Muse Customer Support
