Our story started when I bought a dress, and when I received it, it was very poorly done, quality like shein. They didnt provide me refund, only store credit. So I took a different dress. It was black and white. Now I washed it AS PER THE LABEL. The white part is now grey!!! Also, it has the color splashes all over it. It is the biggest scam, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THERE

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Almond Muse has been extremely disappointing. The dress I received was of very poor quality and looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The material felt cheap, the finishing was poor, and several details differed from the photos and videos used to advertise the item. The biggest issue was that the dress I received was materially different from the one advertised. The product shown online featured adjustable straps, while the dress delivered did not. There were also quality issues, including a damaged tie strap. When I contacted customer service, I provided photographs and detailed explanations. Despite acknowledging my concerns regarding the strap design, construction, and quality of the dress, Almond Muse refused to provide a refund. What I find particularly concerning is that their website states they accept returns and specifically mentions faulty or incorrect items. However, when I reported that the item received was not as advertised, I was only offered store credit or a small partial refund instead of a proper resolution. A return policy is only meaningful if a company is willing to honor it. Based on my experience, the products do not match the quality presented online, customer concerns are not taken seriously, and obtaining a fair resolution is unnecessarily difficult. I would not purchase from this company again and I advise you to run away from them as fast as you can.

False Advertisment
I usually never review but I felt I really needed to warn others that are thinking of buying from this site. It is true the tracking is poor and the items arrive way later than expected. The quality is so-so depending on the item you buy. BUT the true scam, is if you need to return items. They do not refund to original payment, even though their website states that full price items will get a original payment refund. They are LYING, and you are responsible for paying to send the items back and to restock them to their website. Its a scam, and I do not recommend buying from this website.

DO NOT BUY!!!
It’s a scam!!! The dresses were not like advertised. So cheap, like temu quality. My return hasn’t arrived to them yet, but as I’ve read they only offer store credit if the item is bought on sale. But every freaking item on their website is constantly on sale. So you don’t even have the possibility to buy something ‘full-price’. And to even find the return policy I had to search through the whole website. It’s scam because they make it as hard as possible to even read their policies. If I don’t get a satisfying answer/solution once they get the return, I’ll have to take legal action and leave the matter to my lawyer.

Scam. They’ll take your money and waste your time
SCAM. Their website makes you add more items to your cart at a “discounted price” AFTER you already paid and confirmed your order. Then it will automatically charge your card without even asking for your information again with absolutely no way of canceling it. I emailed customer service literally immediately and asked them to fix it. IMMEDIATELY. After a lot of useless back and forth, there’s apparently nothing that can be done. I should have read the reviews for this website before making a purchase. I learned my lesson to stay away from this company.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
Ich habe meine Bestellung rechtzeitig zurückgeschickt und bin aufgrund der beworbenen „30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie“ davon ausgegangen, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Stattdessen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich für die retournierten Sale-Artikel nur Store Credit bekomme. Für mich war das vor dem Kauf nicht klar ersichtlich. Hätte ich gewusst, dass ich im Falle einer Rücksendung kein Geld zurückbekomme, hätte ich dort gar nicht bestellt. Da ich nach dieser Erfahrung nicht mehr bei Almond Muse einkaufen möchte, bringt mir der Store Credit überhaupt nichts. Trotz mehrerer Nachrichten wurde mir eine Rückerstattung auf meine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode verweigert. Auch die Qualität der Kleider hat mich persönlich nicht überzeugt und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Shop leider nicht empfehlen. Der Kundenservice antwortet zwar freundlich, wiederholt aber nur dieselbe Aussage, ohne wirklich auf das Problem einzugehen. Ich persönlich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Disappointing Sizing Experience
Disappointing Sizing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from Almong Muse. When I first ordered from your company, I assumed your sizing would be reasonably comparable to the sizing used by major retailers where I regularly shop, such as Zara, Aritzia, Gap, Old Navy, and Banana Republic. I normally wear a size Small, so that is what I ordered initially. When the Small did not fit, I exchanged it for a Medium. When the Medium still did not fit, I paid additional shipping and handling costs to exchange it again for a Large because I genuinely loved the dresses and wanted them to work for me. After spending over $100 in shipping and exchange fees, I was shocked to discover that even the Large did not fit properly. This raises a serious question: who exactly are your sizes designed for? The difference between your XS, Small, Medium, and Large appears minimal, making the sizing extremely misleading. I continued ordering larger sizes based on your size labels, only to find that after moving up three to four sizes, the dresses still did not fit as expected. For context, I am 5’5” and approximately 140 pounds, and my size has remained relatively consistent for the past 20 years. This is not a matter of unrealistic expectations or significant weight fluctuations. Rather, it appears that your sizing runs dramatically smaller than industry standards without being clearly communicated to customers. I love the style and quality of your dresses, but the sizing experience has been frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. I hope your company will consider providing more accurate sizing information and measurements so that future customers can make informed purchasing decisions and avoid the costly trial-and-error process I experienced.
