I never posted any bad review on anyone, but for this one I have to. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I orderd 3 dresses, they didn´t fit me, because their XL size it between 42-46 EU. I usually wear EU 46, but theirs sizes are too small. I returned the package to them and then found out that they will not give me my money back, instead they will give me store credit. I have never heard anything like that. I told them that I can't fit in their clothes, and that I want my money back. They told me that unfortunately, once store credit has been processed and added to an account, we are unable to convert it into a refund to the original payment method. They didn't even warn me, or told me that they would give me store credit instead of a refund. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM!!! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Do not buy. The models in the pictures are AI generated and use house of CB videos of the dresses. The dress you will receive is bad quality, sheer and nothing like the pictures. They won’t offer return or exchanges, instead they will give you store credit. Oh, and their customer service is non-existent.

Guys don’t buy from here I swear one of shit quality for the price I paid. Worst than shein quality and returning items is a nightmare. Poor customer service and only offers store credit like what they expect us to buy; another worst ever dress. And it’s not US based, it’s based on somewhere China. I’m horrified by this brand. I returned my dress by paying $26 for shipping to China and they never collected now it’s back to my home address again with no reasons.

Hi there I would like to submit an official complaint against the company named Almond Muse based in Florida which runs under TITAN GROWTH SOLUTIONS LLC address 686 17th st ap 22 Vero Beach Florida US 32960 under agent JONATHAN SCOMO which has the above address. The issue is I have ordered from their online shop and they did not reimburse me the money back, because their reasoning was I ordered discounted items therefore I only get store credit. I told them I do not like their clothes, they are scammers because they portray good quality clothes but instead you receive really bad materials which do not look good and are poorly sewed. So they insisted I can only get store credit because the clothes I bought were discounted. I then asked them if I purchase non discounted items with the store credit and send it back, will I get my money back into my bank account, and they confirmed it, they have put that down in writing via email. Then I ordered with the store credit non discounted items and when I sent them back they only gave me store credit. And now they refuse to give me my money back. This is outrageous, every online business has the obligation to reimburse the full amount back if the customer is unhappy with the purchase. Especially if they have put it in writing that they will. Please review them because they are surely running a scam business and it is causing lots of issues online with other customers. Please check Trustpilot and you will see numerous mentions about them being scammers and they need to be avoided. I would truly appreciate it if you could please try and get into this case and try to fix it. I am sure I’m probably not the only one complaining about Almond Muse brand under the aforementioned company. Many thanks

I ordered a dress from this store without reading the reviews first, and honestly, that was my mistake. This whole experience became a lesson to always check reviews before buying anything online. The website advertises a 30-day return policy, but the most important details are hidden. Instead of a refund, I was only offered store credit, and I still had to pay for return shipping myself. In the end, I lost money on shipping and felt forced to order another dress that I didn’t really want. To make things worse, the store credit didn’t even work when I tried to use it. It took weeks of emails back and forth before the issue was finally resolved. Communication was slow, confusing, and I constantly had to repeat the same information over and over again. It honestly felt like they were just dragging the process out. The second dress arrived with a manufacturing defect. One of the drawstrings is sewn into the dress and cannot be adjusted properly because the stitching is uneven. At this point, I simply don’t have the energy to go through another long conversation with customer service. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never order from this store again and I have already advised friends and family to avoid it.

I had an okay experience overall, but there were some issues with the dress I received. When I tried it on, the strap broke, and there was also damage to the tulle. It was disappointing, especially since I was excited to wear it. Aside from those problems, everything else about the experience was fine. I emailed the email on the refund page but nothing yet . And I don’t know if I even want a replacement .

Company is a scam. I didn't get my package and they were absolutely no help. They will do anything just to not give you your money back. Please avoid this company.

When I tried to return them, I discovered that Almond Muse does not offer refunds on sale items. Instead, they only provide store credit, which means you’re forced to spend more money with them even if you’re unhappy with your purchase. This policy feels incredibly misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly warned before purchasing that they may never get their money back if the items don’t fit. Not everyone wants store credit, sometimes we simply want a refund for products that don’t work for us. Between the sizing issues and the restrictive return policy, this shopping experience has left a very bad impression. Be careful before ordering, especially during promotions, because if the items don’t fit, you may end up stuck with store credit instead of your money. I won’t be shopping with Almond Muse again. However, your team has already contacted me (May 22) and clearly explained that the only solution offered was store credit rather than a refund. Unfortunately, this does not resolve my concern. I purchased three dresses that did not fit, experienced a delayed delivery, and was then informed that I could not receive a refund. Being offered store credit simply means I am forced to spend more money with a brand after an unsatisfactory experience. For this reason, I remain very disappointed with both the customer service and the return policy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Almond Muse to other customers.
