I ordered an item from them that shipped November 21, 2025 and as of today January 16, 2026 I have not received it, tracking says it's being processed in customs for almost 2 months, I have emailed them requesting a refund or ship one from the U.S. and they just keep assuring me it will arrive. It's not going to freaking arrive! Do not order from them, definitely a scam company

I have waited for these 2 tape measures since November when I ordered and never delivered, Asked for a refund however they keep saying its being delivered or they had problems delivering - the address I had it delivered to is open 21 hours a day! Now they have emailed me after asking for a refund again - saying I had to follow up the delivery company! Terrible company- going to report them as a scam .

I ordered a ruler for Christmas, come to find out my dad already had one similar so I wanted to return it. Customer service at first was good. I was upset to realize I had to pay return shipping to CANADA which cost half the item. After successful return to Canada and many emails about when I will get my money back I was told within 7 days. It has now been 14 days since that email, with many request for my return, it's been silent with no more responses to my emails. Now to go down the rabbit hole of who I need to speak with about fraud.

Absolutely love The Almighty tool. It has been a game-changer for us. Hanging paintings, interior design overall with the memory function of the measurements. Super happy with the purchase. Their customer service is excellent as well. There was a delay in delivery because of the holidays. They were so kind and on top of it.

Horrible !! Ordered on October 31 st they charged my credit card on October 31 st- and we never received the order!!

Wish I could rate it a zero.....absolutely horrible business practices. Misleading. Ships from US but to return has to go to Canada which was 70 dollars from Georgia USA. These tools are not worth the money and I hope others will not fall for this. Learn from my mistake. Do not give this company your business.

Only leaving a 1 star because a zero review is not an option. I did not realize paying through shop app changed my mailing address resulting in me not receiving my order and because their tracking number indicates the order was delivered they are refusing to do anything else for me. I have reached out to the current resident and have not heard back and have reached out to this company 4 times and keep getting the run around. Their recent response was for me to contact my back and dispute the transaction due to not receiving goods. I would look elsewhere. Their customer service is not helpful and they couldn't care less about their customer satisfaction ratings only the money paid for products regardless of they're received or not. 10/10 do not recommend

I have been trying to reach the company about my order for weeks. They said it was shipped and is someplace in NY. I ordered these items for Christmas. They still aren’t here and it is January. They do not answer the number they have on their site. It is a recording and they send canned messages about the order being delayed despite my many urgent messages. It has been one of the worst experiences.
