Have proof before returning
I bought the screwdriver from their site, and it wasnt what I expected so I opted to ship it back. Somehow, one of the bits wasnt in the sleeve when it arrived. And i didnt take pictures to prove everything was in the Box. So, make sure everything is exactly in the box and take a picture of the Box with the materials at the shipping location so you have proof. Won't buy directly from them again though, especially being a non-canadian customer.
