I begin every morning with Original flavor Almased. I add some organic frozen blueberries and a tablespoon of flaxseed into 12 oz of low-fat milk and put into my blender with a couple of ice cubes. It's delicious and nutritious. When I don't have access to a blender I just use a shaker bottle without the blueberries and ice. I find the Almased powder mixes very well unlike some other proteins that I have used in the past that clump. I find that if I miss my morning Almased shake I just don't feel the same throughout the day. Almased gives me energy and satisfies my hunger.

Um this superfood natural protein has like tons of university studies showing it unclogs fat from your liver. This has helped me suppress my appetite so I am not hungry for breakfast or lunch and then I lose weight. But actually I have found that it is secretly the best hungover prevention there is. Simply drink in the morning or after and whalaa. You will not get sick or nausea from drinking cocktails and you can drink a lot of alcohol. I guess that is what high quality protein does.

Almased is a perfect product! It’s made of simple and clean ingredients. I don’t get bloated the way I do with every other protein powder and most importantly i trust it for all of my family members to use. It’s the only product i’ve found that uses honey which is my ideal natural sweetener. It also tastes great either way plain milk which I can’t say the same for many other products.

Although this product is very very pricey, it's worth it to me since the original flavor can be consumed as is or mixed with a multitude of other ingredients for varying flavors . In the past , when I've tried other high protein meal replacement powders , I've quickly become bored with the same flavor and stopped using it. Almased does have a taste that takes time to get use to but my BP is down by 20 points and I've lost 35 pounds following the basics of the plan . I also give myself 1 " cheat" day a week where I can eat out or socialize with friends without all the restrictions imposed by their 4 phase plan . Highly recommended.

It really changed my life by giving me a healthy super protein breakfast that keeps me full and gives me energy to get through the stress of the day. I like that it naturally increases GLP-1 in my body. (instead of putting chemicals in my body.) I sleep better too.

The shakes are easy to for me to make... very versatile (I can make many flavors) & tasty to me! I started January 3rd & have lost 25 lbs... not bad @ 69!

A company is only as good as its product, and the product is only as good as your results. I've gotten excellent results with Almased, without having to change my whole routine. Substituting one meal with an Almased shake helped me lose a pound or two per week, and using it twice per day made it happen even faster! I lost 20 lbs in three months and felt satisfied between meals. It is simply the easiest way to lose weight, and it I found the shakes easy to mix and easy to drink. Just slightly sweet without using any artificial ingredients. You can add a little fruit if you want, but it is also fine just mixed with water in the shaker cup. If you have a cheat day around the holidays or a birthday, just substitute two meals with Almased the next day, and you're back on track! Love this stuff!
