AllwynReviews of allwyn.com

While I understand gambling is not to make you money, it is weird to not win anything in 30+ games in their "Funpark". In comparison, slot machines are giving huge payouts. On the other end, depositing and withdrawal of funds is easy and fast.

Well Allwyn have done the impossible and made Camelot look good. Their app is a horror and I've emailed them to tell them that. I've played set for life since its inception and always used a lucky dip format. I've a spreadsheet that tells me % of wins since I started. I've mathmatical proof that since they took over I only win 25% of times I used to under Camelot. My wins were not big ever, just £5 maybe towards next ticket for 4 wks. We must ensure the licence is removed from them at the earliest available opportunity as I believe they are a bunch of fraudsters. This current ticket will be my last, premium bonds for me, I stand more chance of a win there!

Omg it’s got so much worse what are these guys doing it all feels so pointless now Camelot were bad but these guys are beyond bad. Reduced prizes on lotto even the the two line thing is making it harder to win also the scratch cards seem like a lie to win on more so the hot 7s wtf is going o there 😂😂 please stop this company and the ridiculous power ball game it’s a cash cow grab stop it we don’t need it or want it

Con merchants. We put a 10 Euro bet on Spain to win and Allwyn will not honor the win due to the goal in extra time. We bet on them winning the game, not on the moment they scored. Will never use them again

As a buyer of a collective of 40 people we had a phone round this morning and decided to knock Alwyn and the lotto on the head. Waste of time now for the smaller prizes. After the first 'have to pay'roll over we were absolutely appalled by the amount paid on the lower prizes. £1,000 for '5!' numbers in a prize fund of £87,000 when there's no jackpot winner, and almost £9m for 2 numbers????? Where's the sense in that? People couldn't give a rats ass about £2 or £5. There should be a formula with reasonable percentages such as 10% extra for 5 and the bonus, 15% of the prize fund for 5 numbers and 4 numbers, maybe around 25% for 3 numbers and 35% for 2 numbers. On the lowest prize 1.75m winners would get £2.50 and that's as much as the lowest prize on the Euros

They can improve by giving the running of the company to a ten year old. The bit that worries me is are the messing up the actual Lottery and Euro results.

The old app was much better, you removed the saved numbers check which was one of the best features, the app is less intuitive and harder to use now

absolute joke, treat you like cinnamal don't answer the phone. No customer service. No nothing
