AllwynReviews of allwyn.com

Since this rubbish company have taken over their sales are by 14% this year alone and they said we will make it better. JOKE You have to laugh and they have a contract for 10 years by they there will be no more lottery. I prey this company loses money every year they are running it they lied to everyone when they said they will make it better. Bring back camalot. I have closed my account with this scamming company.

We complained when Camelot were running the National lottery but this bunch Allwyn are worse. Payouts are less on the national game and scratch cards. Used to spend £20 a week on the national game but have all but given up. The government should step in and get rid of Allwyn they are ruining our national game. And what’s more, far, far less for good causes. Sort this lot out before it’s too late!!

Since Allwyn took over the National Lottery, they have systematically ruined it for everyday players. They have hidden behind a slick marketing spin about "doubling your chances," but the reality is a cynical, greedy bait-and-switch. Every single fixed mid-to-lower tier cash prize has been brutally gutted to protect their own corporate margins. Matching 3 numbers used to give you a decent £30 return- now it’s been slashed to a pathetic £10. Match 4 numbers has plummeted from £140 to a joke of £50. Most insulting of all, matching 2 numbers now pays out £1 cash instead of a £2 Lucky Dip, meaning you technically lose half your stake on a "winning" ticket. While they fleece the British public and make it completely worthless to play, their funding for charities and local good causes has plummeted to its lowest level in nearly a decade due to their shambolic tech rollouts. They operate like legalised crooks because they know they hold a government-protected monopoly and players have nowhere else to go. Don't waste a single penny on this watered-down scam.

Alwyn are a waste of time!! I often used to win £20, £30, £50 on £5 scratchcareds which was great! However, since the normal lotto has changed... 2 nbrs used to win free lucky dip so gave you another go, now you win a quid! Pathetic!!!!! Now i seldom win on a £5 acrarchcard so have stopped buying them! Now you've introduced a £10 scratchcard with the lure of a £4mil win!! Are you mad??????? most people are not chasing such big money!! Most people are happy to win £100, £500, £1000 quid!! Read the room alwyn!!!! You will find that pretty soon NOBODY will be buying any of your tickets!!!!! Come back Camelot, all is forgiven!!!!!

Why can't I vote zero stars! I only set up a direct debit to play while I was on holiday. Cancelled when I came back, but these scammers have taken more money and started buying tickets again! Beware this company. Can't be trusted.

Advertised odds on the instant win games on the national lottery site are a lie. It's no where near what they say it is. Your odds of winning are less than half of what they advertise. If the government doesn't reign in these gambling companies, they are just going to get bolder. They constantly break the law, and the gambling commission does literally nothing, while the government sit by and rake in the taxes. The only way things will improve is if we, the general public, stop giving these scumbags our money..

I have played scratch cards for 10+ years with Camelot was worth doing as you had like 1 in 3.5 chance of winning since Allwyn group have taken over the odds have decreased to like 1 in 35 chance of winning I had a full set of £5 scratch cards and won £5 on 2 of them and no other wins so £360 spent £10 back Lottery has lost a customer ad i won't be playing games like this again UK gambling should seriously loom into allwyn group

I have stopped playing uk lotto since the prize change and I started at the inception. I gambled on average £10’per week and re gambled any winnings on the next must be won jackpot It has become a complete farce with its £1 payouts , which consume millions not thousands from the larger prize payouts. I also have a strong suspicion they may be trying to lure the more vulnerable in society which, if they are, is wicked. I am making enquiries if I can gamble on the euro millions bypassing this terrible company and its incompetent management
