⭐ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from All Writing Pro. I paid £350 for their service and was promised that my book, Never Without My Daughters, would be published/distributed across 20 platforms. This did not happen. I was also expecting a USBN, which was not provided. What makes this even more disappointing is that, from my experience, they ultimately attempted to handle the process through Amazon, including options that could have been done for free, despite the fact that I had paid £350 for a professional service. I feel that the service I received did not match what was promised to me when I paid. I find this extremely unprofessional and I am genuinely disgusted and disappointed by the experience. I am now considering taking the matter further and seeking legal advice regarding the service I paid for and the representations that were made to me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend All Writing Pro. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to make sure they obtain everything promised in writing and verify exactly what they will receive before paying. Do yourself a favour folks, steer clear of All Writing Pro. What an absolute shambles of an experience I had with these. I dealt with Mathew ...Who initially comes across as very helpful indeed. He's on the phone to you all the time and being ever so nice about it all. Then the minute you pay your money for services offered everything changes. Firstly the phone calls stop, you then have to find him and when you do he gives you work to do, work that he's supposed to be getting paid for. Unfortunately, this is a familiar pattern with so many of these vanity publishers. Also note it's just a virtual office they have in London...So these scammers could be operating from anywhere in the world. I've read all the reviews and as far as I'm concerned they must have written those positive sounding ones themselves. Disgraceful way to treat people Mathew. I'm not done with him yet, I'm now working with the autorities in London to take matters further with these rogues. I've since gone with Noble Legacy Publishers, A much more proffessional publisher indeed. Just make sure you get your contract and review that before joining anyone and try your best to work with a publisher who has a fixed office instead of a virtual set up.

Scammers – Stay Away

It took a little longer than expected, but the final result was absolutely worth the wait. I’m extremely happy with the work on my book in French, “Jamais sans mes filles, Fiala & Maryam.” The final result is beautiful, professional and exactly what I hoped for. Thank you for the care and effort put into my book. I would definitely recommend their service. #Mama4FialaMaryam ❤️
