I ordered a manual on a Friday and was told that the site only worked 5 days a week. OK with me to wait a while. Well after over 2 weeks of waiting I was sure I got ripped. Not the case! Got on the web site and was pleased to get an answer a minuet later and a couple minuets later had my PDF. Was a little pricey for what it was, but it was better than having a fifteen hundred dollar lawn ornament because I couldn't get the battery charged. Thanks again.

Never was able to download manual. No matter what I tried. So still no manual

I was frustrated since the demo mode kept on popping up. The retailer I purchased it from didn't have the owners manual since the system I purchased was a return from a previous customer. However after downloading the manual it was so simple to turn offs the demo mode.

I ordered a Manual and was charged on my Visa. I have never received the Manual. I have tried to call the (833) tele number given and only get the message the office is closed. No option to leave a voicemail. I tried to forward my original letter ordering the manual for White 1418 to you email address with no success. I tried to forward my letter to your help email address which also fails. Why hasn't my Manual which I paid for been delivered? Please respond to this request or REFUND my charge. I didn't have to wait for my download. The representative I talked to was extremely polite and so helpful. It's so nice to be able to talk to a human, especially one who definitely determined to help your customers.

I was glad to have the complete manual for my refrigerator. It is quite lengthy so I haven't read the whole 96 pages,but plan to do so.

Great customer service Sent the wrong manual. For a camera with the same name. They sent the digital manual not the film one. Unfortunately an easy mistake. Texted them that the wrong manual was sent. Immediately received a call saying how sorry they were and sent the correct one immediately! Perfect. Great customer service!
