I ordered a manyal for my Suzuki UTV and was notified they didnt have one but had notified Suzuki and requested a digital version of the manual and id get it once they received it from Suzuki. After waiting a few days to find out nothing about this transaction, i then requested a return if my money to my credit card which they said they’d started processing my refund and it would be from 5-10 days for it to get back to my card bank. Its now been 12 days since i got the email informing me about my refund and ive still jot hot it nor have i got anymore niotices from them as promised.

I recently purchased a Singer model 66 electric sewing machine in a cabinet, but it had no instruction manual. I had purchased, what I thought was a complete manual, from another company, but it was not a complete manual. I went searching for a complete manual and located Allusermanuals.com which had a complete manual. I called because I wanted to make sure it was a complete manual. After sending in a couple of photos of my machine, they sent me a complete manual showing all the information about this maci. I am a very happy customer.

They originally sent the wrong manual but immediately corrected the mistake when I contacted them. Excellent customer service.
