It was as one have hoped as there were no negative surprises. This is my first time so it's hard to get and idea of good versus bad or great services. What I find myself needing is a printed version of both the users and set-up guides. This is my first time with the Acer computer system.

Oct 7, 2025 , Sharon Johnson I gave up after I had paid for the manual because it kept downloading a different manual and I did not have time to mess with it. I found the manual a different way and I did not have to pay for it.
