Waited weeks for one out of stock item. Had to call to learn that I could simply pick another color. Sweatshirt was nice but too oversized. Between restocking fee (I overlooked the warning) and return shipping, it cost me $36 to try on that sweatshirt. I do not see this company succeeding.

Completely messed up my order. I asked for 2 shirts, one large blue long sleeve with pocket. The second shirt requested was a medium sand short sleeve with pocket. I received a medium sand long sleeve with pocket and a large blue short sleeve with pocket. Quality of both shirts was below average. Poor stitches that unraveled after one wash. Material was very thin. Won’t ever buy from them again. It’s total garbage.

The customer notified us of the error in shipping from the factory. We offered to have this fixed for him and he said that is was okay and to just let the manufacturer (Bayside) know about the issue, which we did. He never contacted us about the quality or a defect with the garment. If he did, we would have assisted him to rectify the problem. We were never given a chance to help him.
