I had a disappointing experience with All USA Clothing. I purchased a jacket for $166.57, which I absolutely loved, however upon laundering (following the care instructions exactly) it still shrank. When I reached out in December, customer service was dismissive and refused to help. I live in the North East so I decided to donate the jacket, hoping someone could use it. Several weeks later when I pursued a chargeback as a last resort, they were unprofessional and rude in their responses, offering only a $66.57 refund—a fraction of what I paid. I expected better customer service and accountability for misleading care instructions. Would not recommend.

All USA has the worst return policy. Hope you are satisfied with your order because between the restocking hit and postage you might as well take your order to the homeless shelter which is what I did. Terrible communication. Numerous numerous emails before getting return authorization. They all said the same thing.

1/16 24 1. Downgraded them for erroneous website listing men's baseball caps " sleeve length-short " as noted previously in this review and in a product Review I submitted directly to the company. 2. Beware of Michael, owner, he has mishandled information three times. On 10/5 he did not understand the picture of a color in an email. 4/27 he misinterpreted an email. And, earlier in April he provided incorrect color information. ( Some businesses have a three strikes and your out policy. ) Note, Stepnany Customer " Service "did not respond to the forwarded 10/5 email. Their website also describes 2 men's hats with " sleeve length-short ". In April I notified them of another website error.

Worst customer service EVER!! She was rude, dismissive and would not let me speak at all. I was told they have no idea when my order would ship. The next day my order was cancelled because they KNEW it wouldnt ship by Friday. Lol I did NOT ask for them to cancel my order. The bottom line is the customer is LAST. STAY AWAY Response to their reply: it was Stephanie who wouldnt let me speak at all. It was up to ME to decide if I wanted to cancel my order and not wait. Not up to them! During the initial chat Stephanie could have said "if your order doesmt ship soon please call us and we will refund you directly. " That was never offered. They openly admitted to having no idea when it will ship. But all of a sudden they knew it wouldnt be soon enough for me. At no point did they offer an apology for cancellimg my order without my request. At no point did they offer to refund directly if i wanted. At no point did they let me speak. I have worked customer service and that is not it. When i wanted an eta they couldnt provide one. When they wanted one, they got it. Then didnt tell me and offer a refund. They cancelled it on their own. Again no apology. No asking the customer. I asked the same question over and over for clarity and the respomse was like a robot. 3 to 5 days. Is that from today or order date? 3 to 5 days. So friday? 3 to 5 days. So by next tuesday? 3 to 5 days. Once i realized their customer service was a joke i knew not to go through them for a refund if i chose. Btw i ordered the same pants from Amazon and will arrive tomorrow. There is a reason you are a small business. Lol. You asked if wanted to cancel. I said no. I said i wanted to wait til friday. The end. You cancelled anyway. Again. Horrible customer service. Stay small.

poor customer service... be aware if you want to return the product or have any other problems, they will not solve it... opportunistic approach... I will never buy anything else from them.

I ordered shoes from ALLUSACLOTHING.com twice and weeks went buy with no delivery and no notification. After contacting them they said we don't have your size in stock, so I cancelled order. I tried several months later to order again hoping they would have my size in stock but after one month I contacted them and was told it would be 30-60 days more before I get may get the item. I am not impatient and was born at night but not last night because in 90 days the credit card will pay them and then I would have no recourse, so just a word of advice to anyone purchasing there, if they cant promise delivery in a month don't do it. In NYC we have a saying, "Better Safe, then Stupid. Use caution.

I recently purchased some face masks due to the covid-19 pandemic going on. It took forever to get the product. It is not at all what I was expecting. The material is flimsy, and the pattern that I thought I was purchasing was not what I got. It has a changeable filter pocket and came with some filters. They look like the piece of fabric that you would find in the crotch of a bathing suit to temporarily protect it. Totally worthless. Very disappointed. I specifically searched for an American made product because I wanted something well made. This is not at all what I was expecting.

I received only half of my order. After contacting customer support, they assured that they will ship the remaining part. But guess what? I never got it.
