I would give it five stars because of Alltrue's mission to showcase talented women and communities from all corners of the globe, as well as eco-friendly, sustainable, and fair trade products, but because of company turbulence over the past year, I gave it four stars because my faith in the company waivered a bit. Otherwise, FIVE glowing stars from Canada!

I joined the subscription when it was CauseBox, so I have been with this company through some changes (including some tough times). All in all, I find Alltrue to be a really solid subscription box company. The value for the money is incredible. I like that it is just 4 times a year/seasonal. I appreciate their mission of sustainability and supporting small businesses/artisans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because, having been with them for a while now, the inventory feels a little "stale". I look forward to seeing more new items as choices for the subscription box.

Love all the products and use them regularly! Love how sustainable the products are, only downfall sometime not super accurate on how long shipping will take.

Great products and choice of products. I really love this subscription box and letting me choose the items that I can really use. My only complaint is the Marketplace purchases. I miss having these ship with my box. The minimum for prepaid freight is too high. I am not purchasing as much because of it.

This company has had a rough go in the last year - significant supply chain issues, shutting down, unable to communicate with customers while in legal limbo, re-opening with new owners. I didn't get my subscription box during that transition, but I did get some great customer service once they were up and running again. Replied to my email within a day, helpful answer, and an opportunity to shop in their quarterly online market even though I am no longer a member. I know some people lost money but hopefully theyll find a way to move on - this company is staffed by real people who try hard and are kind. I didn't give five stars because I didn't get that last subscription box and I was really looking forward to it, but I would subscribe to this box again for sure. I like what the company stands for.
