You will receive your seasonal box only at the start of the next season
I subscribed in July for a summer box and still haven't received it by end of september. They say it will be coming shortly but still have no information and they are already sending out autumn boxes.

Hi Katryn! We’re so sorry to hear about your disappointment and completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait for an order. While Summer Boxes were scheduled to ship throughout August, there was an unexpected delay in receiving one of the handmade items included in your selected choices. We reached out to all customers affected by the delay in mid-August with a few options: we could ship the Summer Box without the delayed item and send it separately once it arrived, you could select a different item from that tier if you preferred not to wait, or you could choose to wait until the item arrived and have the complete box shipped together. Since we didn’t hear back, we proceeded with shipping your box with the selections originally made. We’re happy to confirm that your Summer Box shipped late last week, and you should have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you didn’t receive the tracking email, please reach out to our team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to provide the tracking details. Since your box is shipping internationally, it may take a little longer to arrive, but we truly appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to receive it.
