Alltrue should be called AllLies
Causebox was great, but when this company changed its name to Alltrue it became ALL LIES! My summer box and add-ons that they happily charged me up front for took almost two months to ship. I unsubscribed from their marketing emails because of was feeling spammed by them. Turns out that you cannot opt out of their spam and still receive your notifications for customizations like other subscription boxes, so my fall box customizations apparently came and went without my knowledge. Also, during that time I moved entirely across the country for my job. They sent my box to my old address. When I got the notification from FedEx that the box was heading to Las Vegas instead of Baltimore, I contacted their horrific customer service who took no responsibility and told me, in essence, that I was out of luck. When I responded with I will be cancelling my annual subscription, another rep took over who was very apologetic and stated they would send a new box to my current address and what customizations would I like. When I responded that I have severe allergies and tend to stay away from a lot of consumable products, she explained that they were already sending my box but she would send me the necklace and bag as replacements for the two consumables and to just give those to a friend. I got the two items that were “substituted” but never received the replacement box she said was sent. This box is a ripoff and I cancelled my membership.
