I just like the heavy construction of…
I just like the heavy construction of the vinyl.The last tent I had was the same size with a lighter vinyl, and it lasted three years.Hopefully, this one will last a lot longer.

I called your customer service today…
I called your customer service today and Dillon and Donnea were absolutely magnificent! Helpful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. They helped with my purchase, were patient with my questions-it was a very wonderful experience working with both! You should be proud at Alltents that you have great customer service employees who can converse and be warm and courteous...very few companies have employees with such great characteristics...you are blessed at Alltents!

Great Customer Service
Although we haven't erected the tent yet, we experience great serve from customer service at Alltents. The package was damaged in shipment and some of the pieces were missing. Alltents promptly replaced all missing parts that we identified. One set of fittings was warehoused in Germany. The customer service person we worked with expedied the replacements and kept us well informed. No frustrations.

Great tent
Tents arrived on time, everything fit together easily, all the parts needed to assemble were included with nothing missing. It seems sturdy and well made.
