I bought the ultra party tent with…
I bought the ultra party tent with 8.5ft side walls. Arrived quickly and complete. The tent is really solid. Went together well. The poles and cover are made from really thick, strong materials. Very happy with my choice.

Excellent phone customer service
Excellent phone customer service, shipped on time with great communication email and tracking. Also, 1 of 7 packages was delayed by FedEx and Alltents sent the replacement box and handles the issue with FedEx. We were on time erecting the tent we ordered.

Made 2 orders with them
Made 2 orders with them, bothe were confirmed and shipped within days. On second order discount code didn’t apply when I sent in the order, when I noticed it I emailed customer service due to it being the weekend and received a notification that it would be checked in to. A few days later received an email that a credit for the discount would be processed and it was. So far a very good experience with ALLTENTS.

The team was very responsive to my delivery qeustions
The team was very responsive to my questions on delivery options. I was anxious the tent would not arrive in time for a big party. They answered multiple emails promptly and the product was delivered in 2 days. Great team and company
