Assembly is very complicated, astep by step video would help. Instructions are generic for all Jasmime models. Also would help to have parts consecutive to assembly. Foundation parts were found in all 3 parts boxes. Then if buying foundation, have Instructions specific to that purchase. Would I recommend- No.

The order came pretty fast, but the boxes were quite tore up especially the last box. I've waited to do the review, because I just KNEW something was missing as both ends of the box were ripped open. We are missing 2 Item No. 30081. Our event is in 3 days and the forecast is rain, which is why we bought the tent. You can imagine how I'm feeling right now.

The worst ever! The products are low in quality, product damaged in shipping and the customer service ignored emails and phone calls.

It appears the people who are responsible are not. I have been waiting for my parts for completion since July 12 orders date. Not completed thus far. Lots of promises but no results. Seem very poor management.

I ordered a tent from alltents and it turned out to be absolute junk. The support structure was made from extremely cheap aluminum and the entire tent collapse. The first time I set it up under normal weather conditions. I used it my son’s high school graduation celebration and it completely failed. I tried to reach out to all tents immediately the next day the morning of June 7th I left voicemails explaining what happened and that I wanted to refund but I received no answer no reply and no one called me back for days. Every time I’ve tried to contact them via phone. I get the prompter saying press one for customer service, which leds absolutely nowhere. When I finally got a response five days later, they told me I was outside the 30 day return window. This was not true because the tent was ordered on May 12 and I didn’t receive it until May 21 (their 30 day return policy states that you have 30 days from the date the equipment was delivered) they do not honor this policy. My first time using the tent was on June 6 well within 30 days it failed immediately on June 7. To make matters worse I actually ordered the tent with extra reinforcement, which clearly made no difference. The material was flimsy and not fit for the purpose. This was a clearly defective product, not a cause of misuse. Please avoid this company at all cost. The product was trash and their customer service is nonexistent. They dodge their responsibility when things go wrong and I’m going through my bank to dispute the charges to try to get my money back, but I want to warn others before they get scammed like I did.

Send the correct material the first. I just opened the replacement and it’s wrong.

Terrible customers service. Product is not shipped complete. No response from support.

FedEx delivered 3 of 4 packages to the wrong address by FedEx; the 4th package was never delivered. I just tracked down the location and drove ~ 20 miles to pick up my partial order. All three packages were damaged. I will unpack tomorrow to assess damage. Customer service number on your website is not active. Very unsatisfied; I would have rated zero stars if allowed.
