We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. After reviewing the photos and details provided, the damage appeared consistent with environmental/external stress rather than a manufacturing defect covered under our limited warranty policy. PE-series click frame tents are designed as temporary event structures and are intended for short-term use under appropriate setup and weather conditions. Even though the damage did not qualify under warranty coverage, our team still worked to offer discounted replacement parts as a courtesy to help resolve the situation. We understand frustrations can arise when equipment is damaged unexpectedly, and we do appreciate the opportunity to review and respond to the concern.
