Corrugated containers were damaged during transit creating possible loss. Will inventory against packing list to determine any missing parts.

Excellent product. Only issue was that 3 boxes were delivered very quickly. The last 2 kept getting delayed delivery status’s. It really came down to the wire of getting them and also getting it assembled for our event. Assembly and disassembly took about 2 hours with 4 people. It was however quite easy. Def would recommend!!!

The tent quality is great. I was surprised it didn't come with any tie downs other then a basic rope. I am glad I ordered a tie down kit but it should be included or noted that it is not included. Lastly, the instructions aren't great. Just using pictures doesn't always to justice on assembly.

Ordering was fast and easy but only part of my order was delivered. A few emails and calls got it back on track. Still waiting for the rest of the product but it's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

TENT TARPS AND CORNER PIECES ARRIVED WITH NO ISSUES. THE LONG PIPE BOX WAS DAMAGED AND RIPPED OPEN. WAS TAPED BACK TOGETHER BY FEDEX. SOME OF THE PIPES HAD DAMAGE TO THEM. DENTS AND BENT SLIGHTLY. NOT SURE HOW IT IS GOING TO GO TOGETHER. I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE BOXES ON THE TRUCK AND IN THE GARAGE.

The 20 x 40 tent seems really nice. It goes up easily with 6 people or more. The only downside is the packaging. The boxes are flimsy and fell apart in shipping. This caused two of the five boxes to be delayed at FEDEX for 5 days while they were re-boxed and rerouted. All parts did arrive finally.
