Hi Matt, This is very sad to hear. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. We have initially mentioned that, specially for outdoor stickers, there are a lot of factors that affect it's durability overtime. Depending on weather conditions the texture and quality are expected to slowly change. If it was the quality that you were concerned about, this should have been raised right after receiving the stickers. Proof such as photos of the poor quality that you are referring to should have been sent earlier not after four months for this to have been taken care of. The same advise we give to other clients: to always get back to us immediately, should there be any issues concerning their orders. We always get back in a timely a manner. We hope to resolve this with you privately. One of our representatives will be in touch. Thanks, and have a great day. All the best All Sticker Printing NYC
