I am currently trying to get a car transported. Sam has missed three pick up times on three different dates. It is amazing that he does not know when these drivers will pick up with all the technology. He says he has been doing this for 15 years so I think he should be able to know when these drivers will show up. I now have a 4 th pick up time scheduled.

I truly apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. I completely understand your concern, and I appreciate your patience. There was very limited availability due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, and no drivers were available during that time. Now your vehicle was successfully picked up and delivered on time as promised. We shipped the vehicle within 1 day, and the total distance was almost 1,200 miles.
