I needed a truck delivered from TX to AZ. I was quoted a price of $545. I have a copy of the text below. I texted so I had it in writing to confirm that the price of $545 would be honored, as I have had a hard time with car transportation companies in the past. I was assured that it would be close to $545. If it were $20 - $30 higher, they would contact me to confirm if it was OK. At 6:30 pm on the day they were scheduled to pick up they finally contacted me and said it would be $1345 and could not be picked up until the following day late afternoon. I refused and demanded to cancel. They eventually said they could get the price down to $950. So they missed the pickup date and tried to charge $800 more than the quoted price, and eventually $400 more. I decided to drive the truck myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND This is Mike from Allstate Carship.
