Honestly I am so disappointed I went with this company. I was initially quoted $550, and then THE DAY OF pick up, they told me the price would be $1200. I cancelled because that was double the original price and asked if my car could be shipped a different day for the original quoted price, they agreed… then come to find out DAYS later they could not find me a driver unless I paid $1300, and I NEEDED my car to be shipped so was forced to be scammed. Secondly, the communication was absolutely terrible. They said they would pick up my vehicle between 1-2 and it wasn’t picked up till around 5pm. And then when it came time to drop the vehicle off they gave me a couple of minutes notice to drive someone to meet them to pick up the vehicle. It was honestly so upsetting to deal with this messed up company. Especially when they’re taking all your money.

Total SCAM - as others have said! I would give zero stars if I could. I got a quote for $525 from Mike when I sent a shipping request - no caveats as to date or other issues, just a firm quote that stated it included insurance and all other items. The next day, after seeing many negative online reviews, I contacted Mike stating I needed a firm price and was flexible on shipping date but not did want any surprise price increases. The next quote I got was for $1,025 - nearly twice the first one. AVOID this company at all costs. They are old school bait and switch and a COMPLETE SCAM!!!

be careful on this company scam $675 then after $150 deposit then going up $1545 even you sign contract for $675

🚩 WARNING – Allstate CarShip Inc. uses deceptive and manipulative tactics 🚨 I was quoted $695 to ship my car, confirmed several times in writing. After I paid a $150 deposit, they suddenly raised the price to nearly double. When I canceled, they refused to refund me, claiming I had signed a contract—even though they were the ones who broke the original agreement. For an entire week, my requests were ignored. It wasn’t until I posted negative reviews that someone named Jeff finally reached out, asking me to delete the reviews before they would issue a refund. I refused. No honest business should operate this way. Eventually, they did refund my deposit. The only professional interaction I had was with Mr. Shaf, who politely informed me when the refund was processed. But that doesn’t erase the shady experience. To make things worse, they use caller ID masking, the address is questionable, and it’s likely they’re not even based in the U.S. 🚩🚩🚩 If you’re dealing with a similar situation, don’t stay quiet. Speak up, leave your reviews, and fight back for your money. Let’s stop companies like this from taking advantage of others.

Total scam!! Told me it would be $915 with a $200 deposit for pickup. They couldn’t seem to find a driver and when they did they raised the price to $1700.

SAME EXPERIENCE AS ROLAND. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! JAMES AND EVERYONE SOUNDED LIKE THE WERE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. I THINK ITS OVERSEAS AND NOT EVEN A LEGIT TRANSPORTATION BROKER. THEY TOLD ME $540 AND $545 TO MOVE 2 CARS ($1085) THEN THE PRICE JUMPED TO LIKE $2800. THE PICK UP DATE CAME AND WENT AND NO SHOW NO CALL. WHEN CONTACTED THEY SAID THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN. LIKE THE OTHERS HAVE SAID THEY DRAW YOU IN WITH THE LOW PRICE. THEY ARE ACCESSING CUSTOMERS THROUGH USHIP SO BE CAREFUL WITH THAT TOO. I WILL SAY JAMES WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND A PROFESSIONAL. HE EVEN REFUNDED MY MONEY IN EXCHANGE FOR A GOOD RATING. WELL JAMES IM KEEPING MY WORD. YOU WERE 4 STAR BUT THE SCAM COMPANY THAT YOU WORK FOR IS A 1 STAR. ITS VERY SAD THAT EVERYTHING IS A HUSTLE, YIU CANT TRUST ANYONE. WE ARE GETTING HUSTLED FROM OUTSIDE THE USA TOO. IF THEY ASK FOR UPFRONT MONEY BE CAUTIOUS.

SAME EXPERIENCE AS ROLAND. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! SAID PRICE WAS $695 AND 2 HRS BEFORE PICKUP THEY TRIED TO 3X THE PRICE TO $2100 THEN "NEGOTIATED" TO $1500. WON'T REFUND MY "RESERVATION" OF $150 UNLESS I PAY A $200 "CANCELATION". ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND RUINED ALL MY PLANS! COMPLETE GARBAGE COMPANY. NOT EVEN LOCATED IN AMERICA. "JAMES" WAS TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH.

STAY AWAY! 😒TOTAL SCAM! MUST BE FAKE REVIEWS BECAUSE PROMISE LOW RATE, TAKE $170 DEPOSIT WITH INTUIT CONTRACT, THEN SUDDENLY CAN'T FIND A DRIVER UNLESS REALLY EXPENSIVE! HAVE ALL TEXTS AND RECEIPTS FROM MICHELLE REFUSING TO REFUND MONEY, SO FILING FEDERAL TRANSPORT COMPLAINT! WASTED MONEY, TIME AND HAD TO CANCEL DEBIT CARD AND GET NEW ONE TO STOP THEM CHARGING!
