Also, after my contract cancelation, they kept my vehicle on their dispatch database which made it impossible for me to use another shipping company. Please be careful with companies like this. They will get upset and pull gestures like this.

Today around 11:30 am, one of your trucks, number 153, was traveling in the left lane in bad weather and at excessive speed. I would appreciate it if you could take action to see if we can prevent so many accidents.

They don’t even deserve one star……. This company is nothing but a bait and switch……People need to know and read these things they will give you a price and then you will be surprised how much that price will go up. They told me $100 deposit with a $315 on delivery and after I signed the price went up to 1295 On delivery and when I refuse, they came back to 695 on delivery. I refuse to fall for this crap and this scam and when you wanna cancel, they wanna charge you $200 cancellation fee that is nothing but a scam people be aware.. I refuse to fall into their traps, and I will fight them to the end.

These people are scammers. They are rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Jack, one of their employees, was a despicable human being who yelled at me and hung up multiple times. They ignored my calls afterward and used the language barrier as an excuse to twist words and deny what they had clearly said. They lure you in with a low quote, have you sign a contract, and claim your deposit will go toward the total balance, but that’s a lie. They pocket the deposit themselves to “make their money” first, then suddenly tell you they can’t find anyone willing to do the job for the quoted rate and demand more money. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They scammed not only me but also the truck driver, who said he’d never work with them again. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews, check Yelp or other review sites to see the truth about this horrible company. Save yourself the stress and do not do business with them!

This company is fishing for reviews. They ask you to review them before they can work with you. I spoke with Jasmine. I wouldn't trust any of the reviews on here

Really bad experience I book my transportation a 2 ago from the date the lady told me the total was $995 and the deposit was $150 everything was good then I have to move the transportation a few days before the date and the lady said was good, but I have to pay a extra $100 so I send the money, the day from my transportation they call me and said they wouldn’t be able to do the transportation that day but they can come the next day, but they said the total of the transportation will be $2300, so I told them that wasn’t the agreement and they said that’s what the driver said because we don’t have that many drivers available so I told the guy that I don’t want the transportation because that wasn’t the agreement… so I have to stay another extra day and start looking how to do my transportation and they keep the deposit of $250.

Company quoted me a price and on the pickup date tried to get hundreds of more dollars from me!

ALLSTATE CARSHIP Nightmare! I would not want anyone to have to deal with this company. Please DO NOT go through the stress and pain that I am going through dealing with the SCAM of Allstate Carship Inc. I have multiple emails and text between myself and the company absolutely confirming a price. Within hours of scheduled pickup, they quadrupled that price and said I was never told the original quote and demanded I pay James the supervisor thousands of dollar. I asked for my deposit back. Since I repeatedly asked for them to confirm price. Was spoken to harshly and over talked where I could not say anything. All I got was them demanding i pay the supervisor immediately! I have all my screenshot and calls , also the invoice that shows "Final Payment due upon delivery" which they tried to quadruple! Just been a horrendous experience! Please please DO NOT put yourself in this situation.
