I spent over $3,000 on a commercial sliding gate opener. Once installed it was determined by Liftmaster that it was defective. All Security refused accept a return of the defective item and refused to fix it in a timely fashion, I was told I could either pay for the parts up front and wait for a refund or send it off and it would be returned in 30-90 days. Customer service was rude and completely unwilling to help in any fashion. I would avoid this company and look for one that has better customer service.

Poorest customer service. They send defective product and won't refund or return making all kinds of arguments to talk to the manufactures even when they have 30 days return policy. Aggregation and harassment won't worth it.

I ordered a YALE LOCK, Model LIF-LMLEVPACK-OB They sent model LM-YRL236-MQ1-OPB, which does not work and does not include the hub and sensor. The insist they sent me the correct model even after I sent picture and refuse to send the correct item. Terrible customer service, refused to put the service manager on the phone.

I called in today to purchase a gate opener. The salesman I spoke to was extremely uninterested in helping me choose the best gate opener for my ranch. He seemed very unhappy and as if he hated his job. I tried to tolerate the less than marginal service and get through the call however, he seemed as if he was annoyed from every question that I asked. So I ended the call and purchased my gate opener for tractor supply. They were much more courteous and interested in helping me. It seem to enjoy what they do.

Ordered a maglock kit. Backordered exit sensor, 8 weeks to receive. They didn't say this before we ordered. Need another next month and they won't sell without sensor without screwing customer on price. Wanted to get a sensor from somebody else to get this job done. We're done with this outfit, since they wouldn't give us a reasonable accomodation.

Be careful: They run the fraud, Once you order from their website they won't ship the order until you claim your money on paypal.

Extremely pleased with both the sales and customer service aspects of my LiftMaster LA500 transaction. I usually like to shop “local”, but couldn’t say no to All Security’s value proposition….They get 2 thumbs up in my book!

Making a $2500 purchase first time on a website that you'd otherwise not hear from, is difficult. This is not one of the major eCommerce names we are used to purchasing things from. I checked reviews on Resellerratings and took the brave step. The products showed up quickly. One part of the order was not in the first delivery and I called their number during business hours. They picked up the phone immediately and called me back with the info within minutes. Very good and very responsive. Buy with confidence.
