Don't buy as a direct consumer
We ordered, as advised, a piece of equipment. I cost us $40 to ship it here. It was the wrong size. According to their 'excellent customer service' we can return it with an IMPORTANT box, no just any box, their box AND pay the $40 to have it shipped back. It was a $90 part. I would not buy from these people again. They have no idea what 'customer service' means. The all important BOX was recycled and now we have no means of returning, even for the measly $10 we would reap. Be very careful. These people might be great with large volumes but they do not give a crap about individual buyers

Our customer care team did approve your return request, even though the original box had been recycled. While we generally recommend using the original packaging to ensure safe transit and minimize the risk of damage, we’re happy to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis, as we did here. I didn’t receive both FAAC arms
I didn’t receive both FAAC arms. I received the right one only. I need both before Monday! I hope to hear back from you.

Missing Parts
I’m missing the antenna extension in my wireless exit system kit I ordered and now no one will respond. I’ve left an email and a different review already but haven’t received a reply from anyone yet. Update 3/11/25: customer service reached out and they contacted the manufacturer and went ahead and got them to ship me the missing piece. Waiting on arrival but pleased overall with the quick solution from Allsecurityequipment

LA-500 Purchase
I needed a LA-500 dual gate operator. I came across this company and found they have this unit on sale. After doing my due diligence, I decided to purchase this equipment from them. Well, I have to say, so far I am 100% impressed. I purchased in the evening, the next day the equipment was shipped and arrived 3 days early. It is very well packed and secure. I have yet to open the units because we are prepping for the gates. However, their attention detail is excellent. So I just purchased a second detector from them. I will need an additional gate opener and you can bet I will purchase from them again. Thank you All Security!
