I just spoke with your returns department. The gentleman was NOT helpful at all. The order I received was correct. When I went to install it for my customer I realized the old cable was damaged. I asked your worker if I could purchase the cable separately and he was very demeaning and insulting by saying “is this a joke.” I’ve ordered several item from you guys. He was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care about finding a solution to help the customer. Update: To their credit I received a call today and they were very helpful to rectify the situation.
