Company advised us over the phone to purchase a capacitor, but mother board ended up being the problem. Attempting to return the capacitor has been difficult and had to pay $21 for shipping to return. Support has been helpful and responds quickly though there has been confusion about the return. Waiting on refund but hoping it won't be long.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the return and refund process did not go as smoothly as expected. Our team works hard to provide helpful product guidance and dependable support, and we certainly want the same level of care to continue after a purchase. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review what happened with your return and the replacement that was sent. Please contact our customer service team with your order information so we can take a closer look and help get this resolved. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue improving our customer experience!
