Very slow shipping
Very slow shipping. It’s just one small item. why did it take these many days? There should have been better communication about how long it would take to fulfill the purchase. The quality of the product is not jthe issue. The suspenders are robust and I expect they’ll last a long time.

Easy to place order
Easy to place order, quick shipping, tracking information was provided, fast delivery. Gate arm works as plug and play, got it to replace an exact model that was in service for a decade.
