Great place to stay !
Great place to stay !! Management team is super friendly and will bend over backwards for you. The location of Ft. Marcy Suites is the perfect location for seeing downtown Santa Fe, the ski resort or the surrounding sites. We stayed in Unit #74, it was very clean, well furnished, had great views and was very comfortable. Look forward to staying again.

We have stayed with All Seasons Resort …
We have stayed with All Seasons Resort for years, this year we decided to upgrade to the Silver King because we were guaranteed air conditioning. Because of medical reasons we needed the air. At the Lodge we always had air conditioning without problems but we are always told there is a chance we won't get air. Well, we paid quite a bit more for a guarantee and even though we were guaranteed air, we did not have it in two of our 3 units. Our stay was very uncomfortable and all the office staff could tell us is that people were using the air too much so it was turned off. We were not happy to say the least, before this stay I would have always given at least a 4 star review, highly displeased with our stay. The only reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 is because we were treated very well when we checked in.

Colette, I'm very sorry to learn that your stay was uncomfortable and that our staff was not able to resolve the air conditioning problems during your stay. Rest assured we will address the matter internally, but we also want to make sure we have done everything in our power to make things right with you. I've asked a member of senior management to reach out to you to follow up. Until then, please accept my sincere apology on behalf of Silver King Hotel. --Kelley Kowalski, Marketing Manager
