The Silver King might have be the worst game of roulette in Park City. We checked in and the room was run down and dated. Paint was peeling off the ceiling, curtains were yellowing from age, it felt musty and unsanitary. The kitchen area had extremely out dated appliances that had not been cared for and each nook and cranny felt like it needed to be sprayed for insects. We asked to be moved and the front desk was kind and moved us to another room. The next room was nicer and you could tell that this owner took better care of their investment. There were some minor things like an extremely loud AC unit with a rattling metal vent in the bedroom, but a better experience. The hotel as a whole needs a facelift and update. For the price, it is not worth taking the chance on getting a room that isn’t well maintained. The hotel is much closer to a 2 star than 3 star hotel.

The condo was nice. "It snowed one night maybe one inch and the walks and steps were slippery. I called the office and the man who answered defiantly told me that they only clear the walks after two or more inches of snow and that I should just be careful. It will melt, he said. It was 6 degrees earlier and 20 now and overcast. I am supposed to sit inside and wait til it melts? As a lifelong resident of Minnesota, I am quite familiar with slippery conditions; they can exist in 1/2 inch of snow. I would never ask guests to come to my home without clearing my walk. Totally irresponsible and sets the organization up for liability. I've never stayed in a motel, hotel or otherwise where there wasn't some effort made to sand or clear slippery walks."

A recent stay at Losge of Mountain Village in Park City turned out to be a nightmare for checking in and out. No luggage caets for a family of 7 to carry in food and luggage. Only 1 of 3 elevators was in service. Codes for the doors only worked part of the time. When would get locked out would have to call a number and get transferred -them a new code sent. No staff around to help. Masks rules not followed and no towels in pool Area. Called several Times with issues and also for some compensation. Never heard a thing back to help With our issues. Parking lot was far away. Had to walk across sheet of ice at night which my husband fell. Convenient place if had good service. We’d stayed in last before All Seasons took over and no issues

The couch was very hard and squeaked, the master bed was also very hard. The front bedroom was extremely cold. The fireplace made a very loud noise when running.

We expected the room to be thoroughly cleaned (especially considering the Covid-19 cleaning surcharge). However, when we arrived we found: 1) An empty whiskey bottle on the refrigerator 2) A mostly used toilet paper roll next to the TV 3) Used plastic cups in the ice bucket 4) A mostly used toilet paper roll in the bathroom with no apparent replacement rolls 5) A half empty shampoo container in the bath tub 6) Only 1 coffee cup and 1 packet of coffee for 2 people for 3 nights. It appeared that the room was used for a party and than cosmetically straightened out afterward. For over $400.00 per night for a three night stay in a basic room this is unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.

Needs lots of updating. Poor check in.

The unit we were given upon arrival did not match the descriptions/pictures on the website. We rented the 4 bedroom unit for extra space for our two families. It was not what was pictured online and a lot less space than what was pictured. It was completely misleading and we did not get what we paid for.

We have stayed with All Seasons Resort for years, this year we decided to upgrade to the Silver King because we were guaranteed air conditioning. Because of medical reasons we needed the air. At the Lodge we always had air conditioning without problems but we are always told there is a chance we won't get air. Well, we paid quite a bit more for a guarantee and even though we were guaranteed air, we did not have it in two of our 3 units. Our stay was very uncomfortable and all the office staff could tell us is that people were using the air too much so it was turned off. We were not happy to say the least, before this stay I would have always given at least a 4 star review, highly displeased with our stay. The only reason I gave a 2 star instead of 1 is because we were treated very well when we checked in.
