Terrible experience followed by …
Terrible experience followed by terrible, uncaring service. Learn from our mistake and don't even be tempted to book with this property. Usually when the on-site team is bad at least some level of customer care is responsive - not the case with this company. Every level was colder and more uncaring to the situation than the last. Big bummer!
Response from All Seasons Resort LodgingFeb 10, 2018
Hi Kathleen, Our failure to provide the service you deserve is unacceptable. Everyone in our organization is dedicated to providing the best level of customer service possible, but clearly we have fallen short. You’re correct in assuming that our customer care should have been caring, sensitive, and responsive. I can assure you that your case has been escalated and upper management has been made aware of your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and help us to identify where we need to make changes. I will ensure that someone from our upper management team reaches out to you so we can better understand your experience and work to find a way to remedy a solution. Please know that this is not standard for us here at All Seasons Resort Lodging. My sincerest apologies, McCauley F. Marketing Assistant

Clean and updated building with responsive front desk to guest's needs. All units are private condos and have a variety of different finishes. We have stayed here in the summer and the winter. Excellent location whether you chose to drive, walk, bike or take the free bus.

We love Fort Marcy Suites
We love Fort Marcy Suites! They are the closest condos to the ski mountain and only a 10' walk to the square. Each unit is decorated differently. We have stayed in several for the past 6 years and have been very pleased with each one. They also have specials so we have had 2 bedroom units for less than a motel room.
