Wow!!! i HAD JUST FINISHED with having Steve Taylor help me and I found what I thought was another problem and I called back. Actually the problem was with me. But he just laughed and said that was okay. And he said call back if I need more help. I want to have Steve help me every time. Thank you so much. By the way, this is coming from an 87-year-old dude.

I paid $399 5 years of: Alroundfix Premium Bundle Pack (5 years Avast Ultimate Security)) Performance Boost which included Computer Speed Boost; junk cleanup; Network alignment for better internet speed; ram status checkup and hard drive health checkup. I know I no longer have tech support with them. But they refuse to answer a question about the Avast software I have paid for, i.e. The Cleanup feature is not longer working...I get a hang up.
