I paid $399 5 years of: Alroundfix Premium Bundle Pack (5 years Avast Ultimate Security)) Performance Boost which included Computer Speed Boost; junk cleanup; Network alignment for better internet speed; ram status checkup and hard drive health checkup. I know I no longer have tech support with them. But they refuse to answer a question about the Avast software I have paid for, i.e. The Cleanup feature is not longer working...I get a hang up. AVOID THIS COMPANY

worest comany to work with the website is developed by me and they are using it without paying

I recieved an email from Norton in July 2025 but when after 1 hour or so I agreed to purchase the security plan (supposedly from Norton) it turned out to be Alaroundfix. I paid them $399. I am 87 and am having health issues so I never used the service. They assured me it was from Norton. But later I checked my Norton account and it was NOT from them. I never used it or asked for any help. About 2 weeks ago I got a call telling me I have something on my account that was not right. After taking control they showed me files they said needed to be removed. Then they told me I was not covered for that They wanted more money. I took their files off my computer and filed a complaint with my credit card company. When the credit card took back the money they called. They threaten me and said they would come to my house and they would tell all my neighbors and family I was trying to scam them. They called our house 20 times that night. We finally turned off our phones. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUNCH OS SCAMMERS!!! I am hoping to recover my money. My grandson looked them up and said they had 17 bad cases against them. Maybe this will help someone else to be fooled

It is good that the company sent me an email alert about my upcoming service renewal. However, I need to cancel. My renewal is tomorrow. I find I wasn't registered on the website. Couldn't register in order to cancel. Yesterday's call resulted in the rep I spoke with asking to access my computer with one of their tools to do it. I wasn't comfortable with that. I sent an email cancelling yesterday. Received no confirmation. Called again today. The rep I go tried hard to convince me not to cancel, but I insisted--strict budget realities. The agent said ok you won't be charged. But he wouldn't repeat my name to me, to be sure he was cancelling the correct account. If someone at Allroundfix is reading this, PLEASE cancel my subscription. And pass a message to the company to do a better job letting people cancel.
