We take reviews seriously, but we have no record of this individual ever conducting business with us. The reviewer only made an inquiry and never completed any transaction or service. Dave Schaaf decided to send unsolicited pornographic imagery to our business email. This content was explicit, inappropriate, and entirely unrelated to any legitimate business matter. Because of the nature of this communication, we ceased any contact and documented the incident. Given these circumstances, this review appears to be malicious in nature and not based on any genuine customer experience. We have reported the review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines including posting a review without a legitimate service interaction and engaging in in harassment. We take our reputation and the integrity of customer feedback very seriously. However, misuse of review platforms to post false or malicious claims, particularly following inappropriate conduct, does not reflect a legitimate customer experience.
