Be sure to buy into a plan that offers…
Be sure to buy into a plan that offers unlimited support because without it you will not be able to use and set up many of the CRMs features. They do not allow you to upgrade to a better plan after you sign up so do it right out of the gate. It’s an incredible value if you do. If not you will use the basic features and not be happy.

WARNING: UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND RETALIATORY BILLING PRACTICES
I initially established an account on February 3, 2025. Due to the overly complex nature of the platform, I never utilized the service. Despite this, I was unexpectedly billed $97 on September 4th and again on December 4th.
Upon contacting the company to request a full refund of $194 for these unsubstantiated charges, I was informed that a "new agreement" was in place and that my account would be terminated. Following this correspondence, on December 14th, the vendor processed an additional, completely unauthorized charge of $500.00.
This appears to be a retaliatory action following my request for a refund. I have been left with no option but to report these fraudulent transactions to my credit card issuer and initiate a formal dispute

Think about that for a second. Most entrepreneurs are getting advice from struggling & failed business owners & many of them write fake reviews because they blame others for their failures.
Successful entrepreneurs only take advice from people more successful than them or from people they personally know & trust that are further down the road.
I personally sold 9 companies, partnered with a Shark from Shark Tank & do business with another Shark, made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 7 times, partnered with IBM, Intel, AT&T, HP, 1800Flowers & worked with over 10,000 small businesses over the last 30 years.
The last thing I would ever do is read online reviews about marketing my business from random people online that never built a successful business & don't even have the expertise to run a successful business.
In the late 90s when I started my first company, I made the exact same mistake. I listened to the wrong people.
People that had no success. People that talked big but had no results. People giving opinions instead of real world experience.
Guess what happened? I went nowhere fast. I was following the same path they followed, which was failure.
Then one day I realized something that changed my life.
If I wanted different results, I needed to learn from different people. I needed to stop listening to people that never built anything successful & start learning from people actually winning in business.
That is when everything changed. Most entrepreneurs stay stuck because they keep taking advice from people that have never accomplished what they want to accomplish.
The absolute worst person to take advice from is the person that blames others for their failures which is exactly who you would be listening to if you believed this fake review.
