Billing Terms Changed and My Paid Account Access Was Removed
I really wanted to have a different experience with All In One Marketing.com because I do see value in the services they offer. My issue isn't that I was unwilling to pay $97 per month. Once the subscription I had already paid for expired, I was prepared to continue at $97 per month if those were the new terms. At the time this happened, I was also prepared to invest another $5,000–$7,000 into additional marketing services with the company to see what they could do for my business. Unfortunately, the way my billing and account access were handled caused me to reconsider moving forward. When I originally signed up, I paid approximately $50 and was told I would never have to pay for another text message, email, etc. Later, the pricing changed to $97 for a 3-month subscription, which I continued with. On June 15, 2026, I paid $97. My receipt (#AIOM151711) specifically identifies the purchase as a “3 Month Subscription” for “All In One Marketing Software With Support.” Based on that receipt, I understood that my service was paid through September 15, 2026. However, my account was shut off sometime in July and remained inaccessible throughout August and into September. When I questioned this, I was told that all accounts had been switched to $97 per month beginning in January 2026 and that I owed payments for July and August. I asked for documentation showing when notice of this billing change was sent to my email address on file. I did not receive the notice, and despite requesting it, I have not been provided documentation showing that it was sent to me. What was especially confusing to me was that my June receipt was issued approximately five months after the company says the monthly billing change occurred, yet the receipt still clearly states “3 Month Subscription.” When I pointed this out, the response I received was: “Just a mistake if that's the case on the product type.” That response concerned me because I was being asked to pay additional money based on billing terms that did not match the receipt I had been issued. I attempted to resolve this directly through email, text, phone, and communication with the owner. I requested restoration of my account, clarification of my billing terms, and appropriate credit for the period I had paid for but could not access. I want to be fair in sharing my experience. I see value in the service, I was willing to pay the new $97 monthly price going forward, and I was prepared to invest substantially more into marketing with the company. My concern is not the $97 price. My concern is that the billing terms I was being told applied to my account did not match my June receipt, my access was removed during a period I understood I had already paid for, and I was unable to get documentation showing when I had been notified of the change. That experience made me hesitant to invest additional money with the company. I would still like to see this resolved. If All In One Marketing addresses the billing issue, accounts for the period I could not access the service, and provides clear terms going forward, I would be willing to update my review to reflect the resolution.
