There was an issue with part of our order and I had to contact Customer Service to get it resolved. I was assisted by Yemi first and then Nyah called to let me know they had the shoe we ordered. They were so kind and helpful. We are extremely grateful for their assistance and will be doing more business with Alligator Warehouse. Thank you, Nyah!

Michelle, was or is very professional and guided me through the return process in a timely manner. (Also very patient)

The Los Altos Cognac Crocodile shoes are to die for. Everybody knows a man is judged by his shoes and these say “I am somebody important.” I gifted these to a special lawyer who won his case the first time he wore them. They look sharp and he says they are very comfortable. They are made to perfection and obviously a craftsman designed these with precision. These shoes were expensive but worth every cent,

I have ordered many suits from Men’s USA and they did a great job even when they gave me the wrong suit my wife said it was nice and I kept the suit and Men’s USA still gave me a portion of it back and I bought me another suit.
