I ordered a product from them and charged 1cent and was told my card was declined when in fact it was not. They said to wait 24hrs for update and that they tryed three times when i contacted my credit card they said that company did not put it threw. All heart company i will never buy from first time and failed business I canceled order.

I would give a 0 if I could. I purchased items dec 20th (knowing it was cutting it close to Christmas) website said express shipping, DELIVERY DATE dec 22- $28. So I pay the $28 and the items still haven’t shipped. “Customer service” says it takes 2 days to process then 2 days to deliver. That is NOT what website said. It actually said DELIVERY date- dec 22nd. And in small print under that it says -dates above are arrival dates- so tell me where it says 2 days processing and then 2 days delivery? It’s a scam to get extra money! And now even though items have not shipped they won’t cancel my order. Don’t order from them!

Bought item. No delivery tracking. And paid extra for engraving that was cheap and unreadable. Bad quality

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lab coats and scrubs are the poorest quality I have ever encountered! Cheaply made, stiff material, extremely odd sizing- huge, arms were 5 inches too long! Customer service is absolutely useless, rude, inefficient! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- SCAMMERS!

I returned a scrub top that was entirely sized wrong and have been fighting with these people for 3 weeks now over a refund. I'm getting continuously lied to about this refund and when I wrote a review on their website saying that they refused to refund me my money they then blocked me from the site. They are nothing but scammers!!

Please don’t waste your money on this site. They have fake product and material is really cheapest. Please check review first before buying anything from this scam site. I ordered my scrub for my new job. I spend $70. I told them someone stole my packet. I asked the guy on the phone to help me out or refund back. I never get my parcel at all. I waited for more days maybe they will send me late. They ate my money after that I never get anything from this site. So please watch out from this thief.

I wasted 246.00 dollars at this company. My shirts were super small not large. My pants were to big . My solid black dickie shirts looked like they ran out of ink of something. So they were black pen striped with gray. I messaged them on their customer service chat. The man would not take back anything or even fix the supposedly all black shirts. I can only wear all black. So I'm stuck with this order. 😕 The guy even cut my chat short. Said we don't take anything back and then he was gone. Times are though and money isn't easy. So I wanted to let everyone know about this. Basically they take weeks to send and then send things that you can't fit. They also send scrubs that are irregular and rejects. That's what I paid for. to send back to them for eas

I ordered 2 scrub pants on may 13. One I received but the other showed being processed on my order. Waited. Called the company (known as Careismatic company and they are run thru a foreign call center) and was told they are out of stock. Yea, let's not mention that on your website prior to ordering. Anyway, they tell me to "call back next week" and they will take care of the issue at that time if the product still hasn't arrived. I call back because...no product. That tell me they apologize and they are "looking into it". Another words, they will not be sent. I paid for a product I never received! Very, VERY disappointed. Stick to local stores. Much quicker and more reliable.
