The page always shows low and more expensive prices for all products but when we place orders with the lowest price always canceled. Should only placing equipment prices that have in stock.,

Very hard company to get ahold of! Most times it rings 4 or 5 times and goes to a recording about dialing the contact you are trying to reach. I did get ahold of them twice. The first time they were going to look into the issue I had and call me back within a few hours. Never heard from them. Tried calling again and after many attempts reached them and they said my account was on hold for Credit consideration. Even though we had ordered from them before and I sent in the paper work to the fax number on the credit paper over a week before. I am still waiting for an RMA to send something back, but have still not received it. The ticket number is 728375 for order 125630. If there is one bright spot it is there prices. If it wasn't for that I would never do business with this company in the future.

Their prices are among the best you will find. I have ordered numerous hard drives from them. You never know if they really have stock on parts until you call or place the order. After placing an order, it is not unusual to get an email reply that they do not have stock. On two recent orders I ordered the wrong part number, it took over 30 days and several emails to get them to issue a RMA. Even using their web portal that they have setup for returns produces no results. I had to pay a 30% restocking fee as the error was mine, I am okay with the restocking be but 30 days to get an RMA is ridiculous.

I ordered a pair of hard drives. Presented with the option of having them shipped from the East Coast or, with a little more logistics but faster receipt, from the West Coast, I chose the latter. Somehow the West Coast warehouse dropped the order and after too many days waiting, I called in to inquire. The agent who responded, Henry, took full responsibility to ascertain the status of the order and when finding that it had failed to process properly in the West Coast warehouse, arranged an immediate shipment from the East Coast with expedited shipping service, even though this cost ALLHDD considerable unexpected expense. It was this over-and-above response to a near-fatal situation that salvaged the order, and my relationship with ALLHDD. Because of the way they handled a mistake, they have earned my regard and future business.

Have always been very happy with allhdd.com in that what you order always is exactly what you get. Tha is not the case with alot of sites but it is very important to me and my job as network admin. Mike B

Rep was to get this resolved and gave me his word he would and get back to me by Friday noon, still waiting. Perhaps I should have asked which Friday. Lost the order, upset my client and ALLHDD not only dropped the ball but are taking way too long and too many reminders needed to get this resolved. Will reconsider before placing another order with them. Very disappointed.

I had ordered a specific hard drive that was no longer carried and they immediately called me and offered several other options that were acceptable.

Ever need a hard drive and all you have is an obscure part number or replacement number? I have always found them on ALLHDD and they have been competitively priced.
