I had to edit and redo my review because of allegations I supposedly made. So this time I will _attempt_ to state nothing but facts. All of which can be proven. Fact - I made an order and in the end it was cancelled by ALLHDD.com and I never recieved the item which was listed as in stock. Fact - My order was placed on hold. Fact - I contacted by phone and email about the hold and my order in general. Fact - I was asked why I gave my rating on a rating system on the website when inquiring about the hold via email. (From that point on I had a feeling things would go wrong and it they did) Fact - The item I ordered said instock on the website. Fact - My order was cancelled. Fact - I contacted my credit card company about refunds. Fact - I received a refund after I contacted my credit card company almost immediately. (Not before or after the order was cancelled) Fact - I was never informed as to why the order was cancelled. I would have liked some kind of explanation as to why an item listed as "instock" could not be delivered and what went wrong with my order. Fact - I could not get a hold of them after my order was cancelled and even after I was refunded to know what went wrong. Fact - I read similar reviews and stories online. Fact - Ordering from ALLHDD.com for me personally was a waste of valuable time since I did not receive the item I was attempting to buy. Fact - I was not satisfied with what happened and the amount of time it took to resolve. Fact - Based on my negative experience I HIGHLY recommend not buying from this website, specifically hard drives since that was what I purchased (before it was cancelled). I personally felt uncomfortable through the whole process.

I have been working with allhdd.com for about 4 months now and every single order has been perfect. The products usually arrive 1 or 2 days before the delivery date and are always in good condition. I do a lot of communication and networking for my company and the hp and cisco switches are half the cost from allhdd.com and the parts have never given me trouble. I will continue to purchase all my networking gear from allhdd.com. Strongly recommend allhdd.com for anyone looking for hp and cisco products.

I have found allhdd.com to have many items that I cannot find anywhere else so i have been a customer of theirs for about 2 years. Recently I found that they carried an IBM FOD (Feature on Demand) item that I needed for an IBM Server Build. I ordered and received it from them and had no further issues. I had an issue with an IBM RAID Interface Card I had ordered which I mistakenly thought had been ordered from allhdd.com. The issue was that this card only supported external Hard drives and I needed a card that supported internal drives. I mixed up the Part# for the RAID card with the part# for the FOD I had ordered from allhdd.com and I requested an RMA from allhdd.com. They sent me an RMA# and I agreed to pay the restockling fee for ordering the wrong part. After I returned the item via the RMA # they issued, I realized that I had not purchased the RAID card from allhdd.com but from another vendor. I opened a Support incident with allhdd.com via email after calling them directly and always getting voice mail. While they were quick to send me an RMA, I cannot seem to get anyone to respond to multiple requests to get the part returned to me that I sent to them in error. In the future I will look elsewhere for IBM Server parts.

They were helpful in deciding which hard drive to buy. Very friendly and courteous phone manners. Shipping was fast and product is as described. Extremely happy all together and would by again from them in the future!!

Received a product that was not working correctly, called the manufacturer (Juniper); after they found out whom I purchased it from, it sounded like there have been many issues with this vendor and Juniper products. Juniper told me to contact allhdd for a return. I contacted them Jan 24 2014; got a reply on Jan 27 2014 for more information, have not been contacted by them again since. Have sent emails, follow up notes in my support request, no one answers the phones nor return voice mails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!

I am in the process of updating my home office network and decided to use one of my older computers to set up pfsense. Unfortunately, the vga port was damaged on the back of the computer so I purchased a low end graphics card from ALLHDD. The product was cheap and worked right out of the box with no issues. I was able to set up my new home office network without spending more then $150 and I have total control over my network. Definitely recommend ALLHDD and I will be coming back for future upgrades.
