Alley Cat - Rodent Exclusion CompanyReviews of alleycatusa.com

Alley cat is amazing!

Great customer service. Very thorough. Found new points of entry. Able to answer all my questions. Professional and friendly staff. Couldn't be happier today.

On time service and good communication. Completed the work on time.

Alley Cat identified the problem in my crawlspace and resolved the issue only three days later. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get the work done and they did an amazing job. And the estimate they gave me was the price I paid. Thank you!

Kelvin and his two partners worked quite well together and completed the Day 1 portion of a 3-day process. Kelvin is easy to work with and he provided regular updates.

Very thorough and friendly during the service call.

Melvin was kind and thorough when coming to review his work, thank you Alley Cat!

I requested the technician to inform me when he is done and give me a brief report . How do you expect me to rate his work when he fails to do that . Communication and reliability have been less than satisfactory from the beginning of this job to the end .
