Very nice young man. He found where the rodents had eaten through a wire guard and said he fixed the problem with stronger wire mesh. However, one week later the rodents (probably racoon) had eaten through the wire again. Result is that problem was not really solved.

I requested the technician to inform me when he is done and give me a brief report . How do you expect me to rate his work when he fails to do that . Communication and reliability have been less than satisfactory from the beginning of this job to the end .

Very poor craftsmanship. Paid $500 for a tiny door I could have done myself in 1h and $50 of materials. The cut lines are not straight and there is no framing around the opening. I was not expecting a half assed job for the price
