For three years after we first had Alley Cat come out and seal up our house, we saw no signs of rats, but recently some managed to push aside several of the screens AC installed then, so they got back into the crawlspace under our house. Today Luisvin came out right at the scheduled time, checked everything, installed new screens on all the vents, and added foam around them. All looks it will do the job for years to come!

Brian did a great job of communicating and explaining to me how those dirty rats were getting into my house. It came up with a good temporary solution and a long-term strategy as well. Very polite friendly and knowledgeable.
