Alley Cat - Rodent Exclusion CompanyReviews of alleycatusa.com

The technician came on time, and was courteous and professional. He completed his inspection quickly, and for the first time: no sign of any rats!

Melvin did an excellent job! He thoroughly checked the traps and also provided us detail information about the follow-up appointments etc.

Courteous and thorough. Yoni was very accommodating when I asked him to inspect some other areas of concern and was friendly and patient with my kiddos running around!

Hugo was very thorough. He initially came by to seal 1 hole and ended up making his rounds around the house to ensure previously sealed holes were still sealed. He resealed areas that he found that could've been filled a bit more.

Showed up at the scheduled time. Acknowledged the issue and helped identify and close off potential entryways. And was friendly letting me know to call back if I notice anything else. Appreciate it!

Jelder was very respectful of our property. The crawl space entry is very tight and he was very careful not to disturb the piping or wiring that was down there. He was also very thorough in sealing the crawlspace door so no creatures could enter.

Jelder was a complete professional. His attitude was polite and upbeat and he went above any beyond.

Thorough, and efficient. Great crew. I feel confident that the work done will stick and hopefully solve the problem. Knowing there’s a warranty also helps too. Great job!
