Alley Cat - Rodent Exclusion CompanyReviews of alleycatusa.com

punctual. completed a thorough inspection of the crawl space and attic entry points. professional and customer-centric.

The gentlemen were very helpful, communicative, proactive, transparent, and hard working! Thank you 🙏🏽

Augusto and the team did a great job. They were nice, efficient, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Jelder was fantastic during a trap check. He was fast, efficient, friendly and quickly learned the maze of our crawl space. Found a few new openings that I had missed. A total professional. I hope Jelder is dispatched to do our follow-up trap checks.

Friendly and fast. Unfortunately, missed a key area that needed addressing and when I called alley cat 10 mins after he left to request that they return to complete the job, I was told that he’s already gone for the next job and they can’t come back for 2.5 weeks. Very disappointed that I have to wait such a long time to finish the job after waiting 3 weeks for the first job to get done.

The gentleman arrived on time (as they all have been. He reviewed the crawl space first, then the perimeter of the house. He also let us know that he'd be working in a nearby area if we needed him to come back, which we greatly appreciate.

Really nice guy who did a thorough job in our attic and figured out where the rodents were coming in.

Melvin was polite and professional. He answered all our questions and let us know what to do next. Melvin left us secure in the knowledge that our house was in good shape to prevent any future rat encroachments.
